I have the wrong data plan country. What should I do?

You may have purchased the wrong eSIM package. Unfortunately, we cannot change a data plan's country once it has been purchased. We can issue a refund so you can get the correct one.


If you purchased through Google or our website, please send a copy of the receipt to support@instabridge.com so we can find the charge. If you purchased through the App Store, please send a refund request by following the instructions here (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084).
