Troubleshooting connection problems

First of all, please make sure that your phone is not carrier-locked.

Basic troubleshooting:

  • Check that mobile data is enabled
  • Check that Wi-Fi is turned off
  • Check that Data Roaming is enabled under eSIM settings
  • Reboot the device

Set the APN to "plus".

Then try manually setting the operator

  1. Please see this page ( and see which operators are used in your country.
  2. Disable automatic network selection on your phone.
     - iOS:
            Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data > Network Selection > Disable 
     - Samsung

    Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators
    - Other Android phones:
    Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > disable Automatically select network
  3. Select a supported operator in your country.
